About Eagle City FC

Established in 2020 in the Utawalla/Mihango area, Eagle City FC is a vibrant community-based football club affiliated with the Federation of Kenyan Football. We rapidly evolved from Sub-County to County League status through strong community and parental support.

Fundraising Proposal

Current Challenges

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Eagle City FC has experienced a sharp decline in sponsorship and community support. The club faces loss of key financial sponsors, limited resources for training equipment and kits, and player attrition to better-funded teams.

Our Story

Eagle City FC began as a volunteer initiative to develop young talent and rapidly progressed from Sub-County to County League with strong community and parental support. Sponsorship from Utawalla Sacco and support from Hon. Kigwathi (Kados) have been vital to our success.

Community Impact

The club's social impact is significant, providing a positive environment that discourages drug abuse, teen pregnancies, violence, and gang involvement. Beyond sport, Eagle City FC promotes values of teamwork, discipline, responsibility, patriotism, and community well-being.
